How reconciliation works in Loadly
From the driver companion app, the driver uploads a scale-ticket photo. Loadly records the actual steer, drive, tandem, and gross weights with a timestamp and compares them against the approved Loadly plan, flagging any overweight or high-risk axle group.
If the trailer is overweight, Loadly creates a rework loop: the issue must be corrected, the trailer re-scaled, and a new scale-ticket photo uploaded before the load can be marked ready for delivery. Every ticket is saved to the load's Proof Packet.
